Victor is seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Product Marketing Lead to define how our solutions are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. This role will partner closely with product, sales, and business leadership to translate complex capabilities into compelling, client-centric narratives that drive awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong product marketer with experience building differentiated messaging, leading go-to-market strategy, enabling sales, and developing thought leadership in a dynamic, matrixed environment. This individual will bring a global mindset, a data-driven approach, and the ability to influence across functions while ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing touchpoints.

Positioning & Messaging

• Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks for products, solutions and platforms
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints

Go-to-Market Strategy

• Lead go-to-market strategy for new products, enhancements and features, partnering closely with the business and sales
• Define target segments, buyer personas, and customer profiles
• Develop launch playbooks that align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals and timelines

Sales Enablement

• Create and maintain library of high-impact education and sales tools, including thought-leadership, one-pagers, case studies, product guides, etc.
• Equip the business and sales with targeted value propositions and competitive messaging
• Partner with sales to develop regional-specific targeted campaigns

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor the competitive landscape and synthesize insights into actionable strategy
• Analyze marketing results and customer impact to inform positioning and roadmap priorities
• Track market trends and broker/insured behavior to identify new marketing opportunities

Content & Thought Leadership

• Partner with marketing content team members and carrier partners to develop thought-leadership and educational materials
• Partner with publications and associations to develop thought-leadership and campaigns to support business strategy
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives that elevate brand credibility, subject matter expertise and authority in the market
• Operate with a global mindset, ensuring all impacted regions and markets are considered when developing content, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the business, sales, operations, and leadership on strategy and priorities
• Service as marketing stakeholder with leadership
• Operate with a data-driven mindset, setting clear KPIs and measuring the impact of marketing efforts
• Approach business goals with curiosity and creativity, remaining open to new ideas, outside perspectives, and adapting strategies with confidence when results demand it.

Event Management

• Lead the planning and executive for client-facing events
• Partner with sales and the businesses on industry conference participation

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials that drive business results.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and performance data into actionable marketing strategy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $91,000 to $182,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
