The Assistant Dean, Undergraduate Education and Administration will be responsible for assisting the Dean of Undergraduate Affairs in day-to-day and strategic activities while providing dedicated operational, administrative, research, and project-based support for the assigned division(s) and leads, trains and mentors faculty and staff to ensure compliance with applicable internal/external regulations.
The primary focus of the Assistant Dean, Undergraduate Education and Administration is the enhancement of the quality of the undergraduate experience and the strengthening of the integration of the university-wide undergraduate curricular and co-curricular initiatives. The Assistant Dean will interact with the University’s senior leadership, students and administration at all levels within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Master's degree in relevant field required.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required.
A relevant combination of experience and education may be considered.
