The NFL's highly selective and competitive Rotational Program provides participants with an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to the organization's success through a series of challenging project work assignments, League events, and networking opportunities across various departments.
Consideration will be given to current undergraduate seniors, including those completing a fifth consecutive year, with a GPA of 3.0 or above who will graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027. This is a full-time opportunity, and participants must be available to begin the program in July 2027.
Only fully completed eligible applications will be considered, that includes an updated resume.
Deadline: Applications will close at 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, September 30.
Responsibilities
Program participants may complete up to four rotations over a two-year period in any one of the following offices or locations: NFL League Office (NY), NFL Media (CA), NFL Government Affairs Office (Washington, DC), or NFL Films (NJ). During each rotation, participants are placed in a department with project-based assignments. Specific department rotations will be determined based on actual business need. Departments that have participated in the program previously include, but not limited to; Communications & Public Affairs, Events Strategy, Finance, Football Operations, International, Marketing & Sales, Broadcasting, Labor Operations, and Media.
Placement opportunities within the NFL are based on existing business needs, the participant's performance, and previous work experience. Upon completion of the program, participants may opt to pursue internal opportunities, further education, opportunities at NFL Clubs and partner organizations, or opportunities outside the NFL. While this is a full-time two-year rotational program, continued employment beyond the scheduled end date is not guaranteed.
