Job Description:
This position provides assistance with the maintenance of all Crossroads Residential Services buildings exterior, interior and the surrounding grounds. The incumbent will perform a wide range of skilled mechanical preventative maintenance tasks and building repair work; perform general upkeep of the external property; and provide required sanitation and cleaning. The incumbent is part of a team responsible for the provision of a safe and comfortable building environment for all clients and staff.
Maintenance
•Cleans, maintains, and services equipment and tools; performs maintenance on small engines; ensures proper storage.
Grounds Keeping:
•Ensures the external property is in a safe and clean condition, in all seasons, for pedestrians and vehicles, by removing snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots.
Administrative :
•Maintains and keeps organized supplies required for site operation and takes inventory count, as assigned by the supervisor.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
•Work is sometimes conducted in disagreeable conditions such as noise from equipment and shop tools.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $16.60 to $20.76 with a maximum of $24.90.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
