Position Purpose summary:
The Prevention Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to prevent Individuals entering homelessness, redirect individuals out of homelessness from all different living situations and preventing further entrenchment into homelessness.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $26.76 to $33.45 with a maximum of $40.14.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
