Jr Website Developer

Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an Jr. Web Developer to join our team and support the maintenance, development, and improvement of our law firm's websites and digital presence.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is starting their career in web development and wants to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects. You will work closely with our team to keep our websites updated, functional, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and updating the firm's websites.
• Create and update web pages, landing pages, forms, and other website content.
• Make basic changes to website layouts, styling, and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic website issues.
• Ensure websites are responsive and work properly on desktop and mobile devices.
• Assist with website performance and speed improvements.
• Support basic SEO and website optimization efforts.
• Work with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Assist with website integrations, forms, analytics, and third-party tools.
• Test website updates and identify bugs or issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on website projects.
• Learn and apply web development best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with WordPress or another CMS is a plus.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
