Agency Operation Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Introduction The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities： 1. Be responsible for the operation and management of SMB, empower their growth, and be accountable for the tier upgrade of creator networks. 2. Identify common development issues of SMB, formulate targeted operation strategies and business SOPs, and continuously optimize the large scale operation system. 3. Increase the scale of newly onboarded creator networks, design large-scale introduction strategies and onboarding processes, and accelerate the growth of new creator networks.

Minimum Qualifications 1. Expected start date: ASAP, and able to attend at least 5 days and 40 hours per week. 2. Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months of internship. 3. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience in serving B2B users, and possess a certain sense of data. 2. Able to collaborate well across teams, and possess good communication and learning abilities. 3. Have a strong sense of ownership and uphold integrity in values.
