Livestream Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team Description We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the TikTok LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for live-streaming operations and setting guidelines for creative agencies, influencers, and users, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners. - Establish and maintain partnerships with content providers, building a "Live+" ecosystem through good collaborative relationships with brands or companies. - Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch LIVE streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, and social hot issues. - Responsible for user growth of TikTok LIVE, improving user retention, consumption rate and Average Revenue Per User value through management of user's life cycle.

You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - Available to start immediately for a duration of 6 months. - Strong communication and writing skills in Azerbaijani & English to enable ongoing collaboration and communication.

Preferred Qualifications: - Capable of multitasking, taking initiative and collaborating effectively in a team setting. - Exposure in the Tech & Media industry. - Good understanding of trending topics & social content products. - Experience in data analysis work.
