Team Introduction The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team focuses on non-commerce performance products-like lead generation and app advertising across various industry verticals.
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and execution-focused intern to join our Global Product Marketing team. You'll work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and cross-functional partners to support go-to-market strategy, performance insights, client messaging, and sales enablement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to learn how digital ad products are launched, positioned, and optimized.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period and 5 days a week.
Responsibilities - Go-to-market support: Help analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives. - Performance insights: Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers for our products. - Market intelligence: Assist in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy. - Sales enablement: Contribute to internal and external collateral like playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports. - Product ops: Help improve how we communicate product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Reporting & experimentation: Build dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface insights, and recommend creative or targeting improvements.
Minimum qualifications - Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in Marketing/Business or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required; IELTS/TOEFL scores optional but welcome) - Solid analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, SQL, basic data or data visualisation tools - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated interest in product marketing, digital advertising, or performance-driven growth (e.g. through coursework, side projects, internships) - Experience working cross-functionally or in team-based projects, especially where ambiguity or multiple stakeholders were involved - Previous internship experience in tech, advertising, consulting, or startups - Exposure to digital advertising, user acquisition, or product-led growth - Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to figure things out with limited structure or hand-holding
