Seller Experience Project Intern (TikTok Shop Japan) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities - Conduct localization reviews (Japanese ↔ English) for new product feature GTMs, governance policy GTMs, Seller Center violation messages, and existing Academy articles. - Manage various seller whitelists, including whitelist operations, documentation, and related communications. - Track and support the resolution of key issues faced by priority sellers and creators, coordinating with cross-functional (XFN) teams to address pain points and drive solutions.

Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled university student. - Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude. - Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment. - High Fluency in Japanese and English (read and write) is preferred due to cross-functional.

Preferred Qualifications - Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure. - Comfortable working with data.
