About this role As a creator ops project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities - Working on standardized execution and operational data tasks - Perform data cleaning, data preparation, and operational data support to ensure consistent, accurate, and traceable data outputs - Configure and maintain Sample Vouchers & Creator Commissions based on SOPs, including basic checks and issue escalation - Support batch operational tasks related to creators/merchants (e.g., list management, progress tracking, information archiving) - Handle other SOP-based operational support tasks assigned by the team

Minimum Qualification(s) - Prior internship experience in internet / e-commerce is required; has business exposure is a strong plus. - Basic understanding of creator operations with hands-on operations experience - Solid data analysis skills with strong logical thinking; able to summarize and document workflows and insights clearly - Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in any major - Able to communicate clearly in cross-cultural, fast-paced collaboration settings

Preferred Qualification(s) - Has internship experience is a plus - Strong verbal English communication skills as the main working language - Familiarity with affiliate ecosystems, creator operations workflows, or commission mechanisms is a plus - SQL skills and AI agent skills
