Service Operations Associate Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities: - Prompt engineering and AI model refinement. - Evaluating AI outputs and identifying improvement opportunities. - Translating SOPs, policies, and decision trees into AI-readable logic. - Creating and optimizing workflows. - Testing and validating AI performance across real service scenarios. - Partnering with operations, product, and service teams to accelerate launch readiness.

Minimum Qualification(s): - Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and follow instructions. - Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic productivity software. Fast and accurate typing skills. - Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous with strong organizational skills. Able to spot errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in documentation and process flows. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualification(s): - Strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering. - Experience using generative AI tools effectively. - Experience creating, interpreting, or improving SOPs and process documentation is a strong plus.
