At the heart of TikTok's mission lies creation. TikTok Camera Effect team is seeking talented software engineers with experience in Mobile Development, AI, CG, ML or AR to build the next-generation of camera effects using the latest AI technologies.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Build mobile features to support video creation and AI effects on the TikTok platform. - Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams to deliver a high-quality user experience. - Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of mobile features for a large user base.

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or master’s program in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. - Available to work for 12 weeks in Summer 2027. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications: - Passionate about TikTok, augmented reality, as well as creating the most fun, original and creative ideas and experiences.
