Title: Identity Solutions Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) or Stamford
Reports To: Director, Cloud & Platform Engineering
Position Summary
The Identity Solutions Manager is TKO's business-facing leader for Identity and Access Management. This is the person who makes modern identity real and relevant across UFC, WWE, IMG, PBR, OLE, and the broader portfolio. They translate complex IAM concepts into outcomes that non-technical stakeholders can appreciate, support, and act on, and they build the internal credibility that turns business teams from passive recipients of identity changes into active advocates for them.
As the primary advocate for modern identity at TKO, they will serve as the connective tissue across three layers simultaneously:
- Capturing, prioritizing, and maintaining business requirements in a structured engineering backlog
- Partnering with Identity Architects to shape and communicate our IAM/Okta roadmap
- Ensuring operational readiness with Helpdesk frontline support so they are always informed and ready for what comes next.
The Identity Solutions Manager will be the spearhead of TKO’s IAM strategy, coordinating multiple Identity Automation and Lifecycle Programs, balancing competing demands, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring engineering investment is focused on TKO’s highest-value strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Liaison & Evangelism
- Serve as the primary business-facing liaison for Identity Engineering, conducting discovery sessions to capture requirements and translate them into actionable identity system specifications
- Act as an internal evangelist for TKO's Okta-based IAM capabilities, educating business teams across the portfolio on what's possible and driving adoption of SSO, automated provisioning, and access governance features
- Own business-facing roadmap communication, ensuring stakeholders understand what's coming, why it matters, and how it benefits them
- Be the voice of the business inside Identity Engineering, advocating for requirements, influencing prioritization, and ensuring engineering effort stays aligned to business value
Intake, Backlog & Program Execution
- Manage governance intake requests, maintain and prioritize the program backlog, and ensure Identity Engineering is consistently focused on the highest-value initiatives
- Coordinate and drive execution of the SOX Application Lifecycle Governance Program, including application onboarding, ownership validation, access request processes, and user access reviews
- Partner with Identity Engineering, Security, Compliance, Internal Audit, and business stakeholders to deliver governance initiatives on time and in scope
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation plans and escalate issues before they impact delivery
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and program reviews, tailoring communication effectively for technical and non-technical audiences
- Serve as the bridge between Identity Architects and Helpdesk teams, translating roadmap milestones into operational context so frontline teams are always prepared for what's coming
- Drive accountability across stakeholders, ensuring commitments and action items are completed within agreed timelines
- Develop and deliver regular status reporting, governance metrics, dashboards, and executive updates

- Business Analysis: Runs requirements workshops, documents current and future state, and translates ambiguous business needs into actionable identity system specifications
- Product Evangelism: Excites and educates non-technical stakeholders about Okta-based IAM capabilities, turning skeptics into advocates and driving meaningful adoption across the business
- Stakeholder Management: Builds strong relationships across technical and business teams; influences decisions, drives alignment, and navigates competing priorities with confidence
- Communication: Tailors written and verbal messaging effectively for executive leadership, business stakeholders, auditors, and engineering teams
Program Delivery
- Program Execution: Develops actionable plans, manages competing priorities, and drives deliverables forward with minimal oversight in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Intake & Backlog Management: Manages governance intake requests, maintains a prioritized program backlog, and ensures engineering focus stays aligned to business and compliance objectives
- Risk Management: Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and blockers then develops mitigation strategies and escalates before issues impact delivery
- Documentation: Produces clear, professional status reports, governance records, meeting summaries, and executive communications
Technical Knowledge
- IAM & Governance: Working understanding of SSO, SCIM provisioning, JIT provisioning, REST APIs, access request processes, user access reviews, and automated identity lifecycle management
- Okta Fluency: Hands-on expertise with Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, Okta Identity Governance (OIG) is required to build enough to credibly evangelize capabilities and partner effectively with engineering
- Technical Aptitude: Able to engage meaningfully on identity architecture, application onboarding requirements, governance controls, and integration dependencies without needing to be an engineer

Qualifications (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta Identity Governance
- 7+ years of experience in a business-facing technology role, such as business analyst, technical program manager, or IAM practitioner with stakeholder-facing responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical specifications in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, provisioning, user access reviews, and access governance
- Strong organization skillsets with managing program backlog, prioritize competing demands, and drive cross-functional delivery in a complex organization
- Experience supporting IAM programs with alignment to compliance frameworks such as SOX, PCI DSS, or NIST
KPIs for Identity Solutions Manager
Identity Program Delivery
- Deliver on 95% of committed Identity Engineering initiatives on time, in budget, and within agreed scope
Application Lifecycle Governance Adoption
- Successfully onboard and operationalize 100% of targeted SOX and priority business applications into TKO’s Okta Identity Governance framework
Backlog & Intake Management
- Develop and maintain a prioritized engineering backlog with 100% of intake requests recorded and triaged within 5 business days and business priorities aligned to quarterly roadmap objectives
Executive Reporting & Governance
- Develop and maintain executive IAM dashboards and governance reporting, delivering accurate monthly metrics on application onboarding, automation adoption, access governance, program health, risks, and roadmap progress to IT Leadership and Internal Audit.
Stakeholder Satisfaction
- Achieve 90% stakeholder satisfaction across business units, Cyber Security, Audit, Compliance, Engineering, and Helpdesk through effective communication, roadmap transparency, and successful delivery of identity initiatives.
Identity Automation & Adoption
- Increase adoption of Okta identity capabilities by delivering growth in SSO-enabled applications, automated provisioning & deprovisioning, and reduction of manual identity administration activities, as measure against ServiceNOW metrics and annual program targets.



Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Rate Minimum:
$120,000 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
$160,000 annually
