Russian Experience & Content Strategy Consultant (Automotive HMI/IVI)

Position Background To support the Russian market release and experience upgrade of our automotive HMI/IVI system, we will conduct a centralized review and optimization cycle in Shanghai. This role is centered on user experience and content strategy: grounded in real driving and in-vehicle usage scenarios, you will assess interface language and information presentation to enhance comprehensibility, consistency, and brand expression—delivering actionable content optimization plans and release recommendations.

Key Responsibilities (Experience & Content Strategy Focus)

1. Conduct experience and content reviews of key user journeys within the HMI/IVI system—including navigation, media, phone, settings, alerts/warnings, error states, and guidance flows—through the lens of Russian user habits and in-vehicle contexts.
2. Evaluate the quality of interface copy and information architecture from the perspective of whether users can quickly understand and act correctly, assessing clarity, readability, actionability, tone and brand consistency, and terminological uniformity.
3. Identify issues that impact user experience and market acceptance (including multi-language interface adaptation challenges), and provide content-level optimization strategies, such as alternative copy options, naming system recommendations, prompt structure improvements, and adjustments to information hierarchy and presentation.

1. Native-level Russian proficiency, with excellent written expression and a keen sensitivity to interface copy—clear, concise, and natural in style.
2. Non-Chinese candidates must hold a valid Chinese work/residence permit and be able to work on-site in Shanghai.
3. Prior experience in product content / UX writing / localization experience review / internationalization adaptation / field testing is preferred; background in automotive or consumer electronics is a plus.
4. Possess structured thinking and professional output capabilities, with the ability to complete review coverage and drive closure within a short project cycle; strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
