Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting quality assurance and audit-related initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role conducts reviews of project documentation and operational processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and partners with stakeholders to implement corrective actions as needed. Additionally, the Project Manager assists in the development, maintenance, and ongoing updates of procedures, desk guides, and process documentation to promote operational efficiency, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of implementation activities, project deliverables, and operational processes to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Perform audits of project documentation, work packets, testing evidence, implementation checklists, and supporting artifacts to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Identify process gaps, quality concerns, and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance and compliance.
- Partner with Implementation team members, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve audit findings and implement process improvements.
- Monitor adherence to departmental procedures, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality expectations.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of desk procedures, job aids, training materials, and process documentation.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members by providing guidance on procedures, quality standards, and operational best practices.
- Track and report quality metrics, audit results, trends, and recurring issues to leadership.
- Participate in quality reviews and root cause analysis activities to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Ensure evidence of required validation steps, testing results, and quality reviews are properly documented and retained according to departmental standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate rework, and improve the overall client and employee experience.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by gathering documentation, researching inquiries, and providing supporting information as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to document, evaluate, and improve operational workflows and business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or other workflow management systems preferred.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience supporting project management, implementation, operational, quality assurance, or audit-related functions preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, desk procedures, or training materials preferred.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
