Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and reliable Machine Operators to run our Rotary Die Cutter press as part of a high‑performance production team. Ideal candidates have prior experience in corrugated packaging or high‑speed printing machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Printing press experience is highly desired.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift with possible overtime and weekends Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience; competitive within industry.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure product quality and conformity to specifications.
- Verify tooling readiness and perform internal/external make‑ready tasks.
- Enter production data into the company system accurately.
- Conduct setup verification and required quality checks.
- Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, adjustments).
- Execute sampling plans according to requirements.
- Assist with feeding/off‑bearing tasks as needed.
- Communicate operational needs, issues, and updates effectively.
- Maximize machine utilization by running at optimal capacity and speed.
- Train and support the First Helper and other team members.
- Cross‑train on additional machines and switch duties with the First Helper when necessary.
- Complete production, safety, quality, and machine‑status reports in a timely manner.
- Submit maintenance work orders and help ensure equipment is maintained proactively.
- Follow the production schedule and recommend adjustments to improve cost, quality, and service.
- Comply with all company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience operating Flexo Folder Gluers or other printing and converting equipment in the corrugated, printing industry or Packaging industry (LMC or APSTAR is a plus).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
- Familiarity with print registration, die‑cutting, and box styles.
- Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and machine manuals.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Minimum age: 18
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Ability to read a tape measure; basic math proficiency.
Preferred
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous machine‑operator experience in printing or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment as needed.
Additional Information
- Full‑time, onsite role at the Las Vegas flagship facility.
- Shift assignments based on business needs; shift differentials may apply.

Pay Range: $18.00–$31.00 per hour, depending on experience. Bonus: Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on company and business‑unit performance.
