What success looks like in this role:
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and support of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, integrations, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer solutions, and custom applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Support platform transition and transformation activities, including knowledge transfer, process improvements, and service onboarding.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft technologies, and third-party platforms.
- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, and maintain platform governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues, providing L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and regression testing activities.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design documents, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and support team capability development through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
- Work closely with customer stakeholders, transition teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Ensure system security, performance, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customizations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transitions.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
