Sr Coordinator Data Proc Spt

What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities

• In this role you will: Monitor attendance, KPI’s and evaluate personnel performance.
• Prepare and submit required operations reports on a daily basis.
• You will have the opportunity to lead, supervise civil registry associates on site
• Handle escalations of field office operations issues with respective Regional Operations Lead

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred (preferred but not required)
• 2+ years progressive experience in managing and leading a team (preferred but not required)
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledgeable in making accurate reports
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Good interpersonal skills
