Project Manager - Rural Health Program Evaluation

The Kansas Center for Rural Health and Department of Population Health at the University of Kansas Medical Center are seeking a Project Manager to contribute to a newly formed evaluation unit within the Kansas Center for Rural Health. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of public health scientists, demographers, sociologists, and epidemiologists, the project manager will help lead and manage the evaluation of various rural health programs across the state—with activities initially focused on a mixed-methods evaluation of the recently-funded Brain Health Assessment Network.
Overarching responsibilities include project development; management activities such as prioritizing projects, designing and implementing evaluation protocols and plans; fielding consultation requests; coordinating team meetings; monitoring budgets; analyzing results; supervising and drafting reports; maintaining records, files, and databases; and supervising student staff and/or other staff.

Compensation Statement:
The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
