The Assistant Director of Football Operations / Director of On-Campus Recruiting manages the logistics of recruiting and team operations so coaches can focus on coaching rather than administrative work. Core responsibilities include coordinating official and unofficial campus visits, maintaining the recruiting database and prospect communication pipeline, and serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and high school coaches, a role especially valuable as we build out our NH high school coach relationship network.
Beyond recruiting, this position handles team travel logistics, camp registration and event coordination (Prospect Camp, Youth Camps, Jr. Days), and tracking NCAA/CAA compliance related to recruiting activity. In short, it’s the connective tissue between recruiting strategy and its execution on the ground, ensuring every prospect visit, camp, and recruiting touchpoint runs smoothly and leaves a strong impression of the program.
