Campaign Manager

Who You Are

You’re an organized, curious digital marketer who is excited to build hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/OLV, or other digital channels. You enjoy working with data, learning new platforms, and understanding how thoughtful campaign decisions can improve performance.

In this role, you’ll help build, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns while developing your technical skills and media judgment. You’re comfortable following established processes, paying close attention to details, and asking questions when needed. You communicate clearly, respond quickly when something looks off, and are eager to grow within a collaborative agency environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/OLV, or related platforms using approved media plans and processes.
• Manage campaign details such as budgets, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, creative rotations, tracking, and naming conventions along with ongoing optimizations - with the goal of achieving client set KPIs
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, identifying potential underdelivery, overspend, tracking, or platform-policy issues early.
• maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of optimizations and other changes.
• Make routine platform adjustments based on established KPIs and guidance from senior team members.
• Support performance reporting by providing accurate data and clear explanations of campaign activity and results.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate tagging, ad serving, creative, and verification needs.
• Continue building your knowledge of digital media, healthcare marketing, platform policies, and campaign strategy.
• Translate campaign performance into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations; confidently present findings and participate in client-facing meetings and presentations.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, programmatic, CTV/OLV, display, and/or similar channels.
• Understanding of campaign budgets, pacing, bids, audiences, keywords, placements, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, dashboards, and campaign data to uncover trends that inform recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, timely execution.
• Clear communication skills and sound judgment about when to ask questions or raise concerns.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for learning new platforms and tools.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to both internal teams and clients.
• Exposure to campaign tracking, tagging, ad servers, or verification tools is a plus.
