Job Description:

The Ground Instructor is responsible for pilot’s ground training

● Ensure the pilots have reached the standard level of knowledge and passed the final systems and performance exams ● Provide lectures to the pilots, develop and review examinations questions ● Instruct Airlines crews converting to Airbus aircrafts on all operational and technical aspects for a particular type of aircraft, using all equipment: FBS, FTD, APT+, Mock-ups ● Evaluate the crews’ progression regarding the aircrafts systems knowledge within the predetermined time scale of the course ● Maintain the required Instructor Competencies performance
