Jena-Optronik GmbH (in Thüringen) - PMO - Projektcontroller (m/w/d)

Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Kaufmännische Betreuung von Projekten über den gesamten Lebenszyklus inklusive Durchführung von Angebotskalkulationen

· Erstellen und Überwachung von EACs (Estimate at Completion) sowie laufendes Forecasting und Abweichungsanalysen, Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen

· IFRS 15 und HGB konforme Umsatzrealisierung in Abstimmung mit Accounting

· Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB und IFRS)

· Unterstützung bei Preisprüfungen öffentlicher Aufträge

· Vorbereitung und Präsentation projektbezogener Finanzanalysen für das Management

· Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controllingprozessen und Tools (z.B. SAP, Power BI)

· Übernahme betriebswirtschaftlicher Sonderprojekte und bereichsübergreifender Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling im internationalen Projektgeschäft oder technologieorientierter Branche

· Kenntnisse in deutscher und internationaler Vorschrift zur Rechnungslegung (HGB, IFRS)

· Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (CO, PS, FI) sowie gute Kenntnisse in Excel und sonstigen Reporting Tools (z.B. Power BI)

· Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

· Sie handeln eigenverantwortlich sowie lösungsorientiert und haben eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Sie verfügen über starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und können komplexe Sachverhalte klar und empfängergerecht darstellen
