Meet your future team

You will join Group Strategy & M&A, the internal strategy and advisory team of the VELUX Group, based at our headquarters in Hørsholm. Reporting directly to the VP, Group Strategy & M&A, you will become part of a high-performing team that partners with business leaders across the organisation to address strategic priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and support important business decisions.

Our team works on some of the most critical strategic priorities facing the VELUX Group. • Structure and solve complex business problems through hypothesis-driven analyses and fact-based recommendations
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making processes and support leaders in translating insights into actions
  • Develop and prepare clear and compelling presentations, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership audiences
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions, business units, and geographies
  • Support the development of corporate, business unit, and functional strategies

You combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, synthesising complex information, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling way. At the same time, you are a team player who values collaboration and actively contributes to a strong team culture.

Moreover, we expect that you:

  • Have 2-5 years of experience from a leading strategy consulting firm or a similar strategic role within a larger international organisation
  • Hold a strong academic degree and demonstrate an excellent academic track record
