Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • As a member of the Help Desk Team, you will be the primary interface for the Federal Agency’s end users of the Agency-specific procurement/acquisition system. In this role, you will:
  • Need to quickly grasp and learn the system and interface effectively with the end user community.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that 100% of all user generated issues, change/enhancement requests, and usage questions are logged into the ticket tracking system and resolved in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have (minimum 3 years) experience with the Unison PRISM application
  • Experience with Version 7.4 PRISM is preferred.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn and grasp the functionality of the Agency-specific procurement application system and Ticket System
  • Must be able to diagnose and resolve PRISM issues through conversation with the end users
  • Develop training materials, including user manuals, job aids, and training modules, to support the effective use of PRISM.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users, both in-person and virtually, covering various PRISM functionalities and modules.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in providing user training in PRISM is preferred

Salary Range:

$100,000 to $120,000
