Media & Social Commerce Specialist (1-year temp)

The North Face is looking for an exceptional Media & Social Commerce Specialist to join our Digital Performance Marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland with a 1 year temporary contract.

Let's Talk About the Role

The Media & Social Commerce Specialist will play a key role in launching and scaling The North Face's TikTok Shop programme across EMEA markets, while supporting the day-to-day execution of Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social initiatives.

The role will focus on TikTok Shop development and social commerce activation, acting as the key coordinator across internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful launch and ongoing optimization of the programme. You will lead the orchestration of multiple teams, agencies, and partners across the TikTok Shop ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to launch and scaling.

Beyond TikTok Shop, the role will provide hands-on support across Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social, ensuring effective execution, optimisation, and reporting across performance channels.

This role requires a strong understanding of social commerce, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. You will work closely with TikTok, external agencies, creators, affiliate partners and cross-functional internal teams including Merchandising, Digital Operations, Customer Care, Brand Marketing, and Influencer Marketing to bring The North Face's social commerce vision to life.

How You'll Make A Difference

TikTok Shop leadership & Social Commerce

• Support the development and launch of The North Face TikTok Shop programme across EMEA markets.
• Work closely with your manager to define the launch roadmap, testing strategy, KPIs and success metrics.
• Coordinate all operational workstreams required for launch, including platform set-up, product feeds, inventory availability, content readiness, and creator activation.
• Partner with TikTok, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment across the entire programme.
• Drive a test-and-learn approach, identifying opportunities for optimization and future scaling.
• Monitor performance, build reporting dashboards, and provide regular recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Influencer and Content teams to support creator selection, content briefing, and content approval processes, ensuring all content aligns with The North Face brand standards while being optimized to drive strong engagement, conversion, and commercial performance

Affiliate Marketing

• Support the execution of The North Face Affiliate strategy in line with business and commercial objectives.
• Assist with publisher recruitment, partnership development, promotional planning, and activation opportunities.
• Support both traditional affiliate activity and creator-led affiliate programmes linked to TikTok Shop.
• Support the development of promotional plans, content briefs, and creative asset distribution across affiliate partners.
• Contribute to testing plans, commission strategies, and performance reporting.

Paid Social Support

• Support the day-to-day execution of lower-funnel Paid Social campaigns.
• Coordinate creative, copy and asset briefing processes between internal stakeholders and agency partners.
• Assist with campaign monitoring, reporting, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure consistency across social commerce, affiliate and paid social initiatives to maximize performance.

Operational Excellence

• Support the management and optimization of product feeds used across TikTok Shop, Affiliate and Paid Social channels.
• Develop recurring reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives.

Skills for Success

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing is a must.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Social Commerce or Marketplace environments is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across internal teams, agencies, creators, and platform partners.
• Experience working with platforms such as TikTok Shop, Impact.com, CJ Affiliate, Google Analytics, and related marketing technologies.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are a plus.
• Passion for The North Face brand and the outdoor industry.
