Production Order Picker

Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 2nd Shift | Onsite

Compensation: $19.00/hr, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

About the Role

You'll be the critical link between our inventory and the production floor. This is hands-on, fast-paced warehouse work: you'll pick and stage the right materials for each production order, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and keep accuracy and safety high so production never slows down.

• Read production and work orders and pick the right materials in the correct quantity, using Odoo and Slack to locate them
• Stage picked material in the correct area and document every pick accurately
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Inspect picks for damage or shortages, follow FIFO/FEFO, and report inventory discrepancies to management
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards, and support the team with restocking and loading as needed

What You'll Bring

• Are able to lift, carry, and move heavy loads (often 50 lbs or more) and bend, stoop, and reach frequently
• Bring high accuracy to meet order accuracy targets of 99% or better
• Can keep pace and meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong safety awareness, including lockout/tagout and safe operating procedures
• Are comfortable with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and tools like Odoo and Slack (a plus)
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
