Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for meeting Safety, Production, Quality, and On-Time Delivery objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met.
• Prepare overtime request forms.
• Attend meetings to review supervisors’ metrics.
• Participate in safety training sessions.
• Review risk analyses.
• Conduct safety talks (Toolbox Talks).
• Follow up on quality rejections and develop action plans.
• Implement and carry out any activities assigned by the manager.
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards within the area.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Ensure product quality.
• Enter production data into the M3 system.
• Report equipment failures.
• Manage performance evaluations.
• Monitor employee attendance and permissions.
• Participate in accident prevention initiatives.
• Coordinate necessary shift changes.
• Generate personnel requisitions.
• Maintain team discipline.
• Issue disciplinary notices when required.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Knowledge of injection molding machines.
• Personnel management skills.
• Teamwork skills.
