The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment. The position will be located in Konya, Turkiye.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions
• Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment
• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone
• Experienced within 2-3 years the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry
• Experienced within automation / PLC communication
• Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets
• Preferably fluent in written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel within the Turkiye

Videojet Technologies bünyesindeki Saha Servis Mühendisi (Field Service Engineer), müşterilerimize destek sağlamak ve "Up Time Peace of Mind" hedefimizi gerçekleştirmek açısından kritik bir rol üstlenir. Bu pozisyonda görev alacak kişi, Videojet ürünlerinin kurulumu, devreye alınması, bakımı ve onarımından sorumlu olacaktır. Pozisyonun çalışma yeri Konya, Türkiye'dir.

Bu rolde sizi neler bekliyor?

• Yeni Videojet çözümlerinin kurulumunu ve devreye alınmasını gerçekleştirmek,
• Müşterilerimizde kurulu bulunan Videojet ekipmanlarının bakım ve servis hizmetlerini sunmak,
• Satış ekibiyle yakın çalışarak ürün denemeleri ve demonstrasyon süreçlerine destek vermek,
• Üstün müşteri hizmeti ve etkili iletişim ile müşteri ilişkilerini sürdürmek ve geliştirmek.

Aradığımız nitelikler

• Müşteri sahasında veya uzaktan telefon desteğiyle servis deneyimine sahip olmak,
• Markalama ve kodlama, endüstriyel otomasyon veya benzer sektörlerde 2-3 yıl deneyim sahibi olmak,
• Otomasyon sistemleri ve PLC haberleşmesi konusunda deneyimli olmak,
• Kişisel hedeflerini düzenli olarak aşan başarılı bir performans geçmişine sahip olmak,
• Tercihen yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilgisine sahip olmak,
• Türkiye genelinde seyahat engeli bulunmamak.
