To support this growth, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Projects & Partnerships Owner who can identify opportunities, build meaningful partnerships, and turn ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.

Your Mission

This is not a traditional project management role.

We're looking for someone who naturally spots opportunities, builds connections, and drives initiatives forward. Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, embraces change, and enjoys turning ideas into measurable business results. You are hands-on, hungry for growth and eager to create impacts.

As our Marketing Projects & Partnerships Owner, you will drive the business growth by developing the customer funnel, develop strategic partnerships and lead regional marketing initiatives to bring campaigns and projects successfully to life.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Build and nurture relationships with partners, communities, creators, industry organizations, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead regional marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Develop and negotiate co-marketing opportunities and partnerships that drive business value.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Communications, Operations, and external partners.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring alignment, quality, and impact.
• Monitor outcomes, share insights, and continuously improve performance.
• Stay connected to customer needs, market trends, and emerging opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in digital Marketing tools and platforms, Partnerships, Business Development, Growth Marketing, Community Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives from idea to execution.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership.
• Fluency in English.

• Additional European language skills such as French or Spanish.
