Position Summary...

The Analyst, Walmart Services – Seller Enablement supports the growth and success of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) by helping acquire, onboard, and enable sellers across the Walmart Marketplace ecosystem. This role partners closely with Business Development, Strategic Account Management, Operations, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to communicate the WFS value proposition, identify growth opportunities, and help sellers successfully launch and scale their businesses using WFS.

The role combines analytical problem-solving, seller engagement, business development support, and operational coordination. The Analyst will help ensure sellers understand the benefits of WFS, are effectively onboarded, and have the tools, processes, and support needed to deliver a strong customer experience and grow their business on Walmart.com.

What you'll do...

The Analyst, Walmart Services – Seller Enablement manages a broad portfolio of seller enablement activities focused on WFS acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing seller success. This role works with Business Development teams to identify and target prospective sellers who align with Walmart’s strategic priorities and may support outreach, education, and conversion activities designed to increase WFS adoption.

The Analyst helps communicate and demonstrate the WFS value proposition to sellers, including fulfillment capabilities, delivery speed, operational support, customer experience benefits, and opportunities to scale their Walmart Marketplace business. The role collaborates with Strategic Account Managers and other seller-facing teams to identify sellers with WFS growth potential and develop plans to encourage adoption and expansion.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Support seller acquisition initiatives by identifying, prioritizing, and engaging sellers who may benefit from WFS.

• Partner with Business Development and Strategic Account Management teams to support seller outreach, education, presentations, business reviews, and WFS adoption plans.

• Help sellers understand the WFS value proposition, requirements, operating model, benefits, and onboarding process.

• Coordinate seller onboarding activities, including item setup, offer content, inventory readiness, purchase order creation, shipping preparation, and inbounding processes.

• Monitor seller progress through the WFS onboarding journey and identify opportunities to remove barriers, improve conversion, and accelerate time to launch.

• Track and report on key seller enablement and business performance metrics, such as seller acquisition, onboarding progress, WFS adoption, item availability, inbounding status, GMV, sales growth, and operational performance.

• Review whether inbounded items are live and available on Walmart.com, escalating issues and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams.

• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Seller Support, Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and other partners to resolve seller challenges and improve the overall onboarding experience.

• Develop and maintain seller-facing resources, training materials, FAQs, process documentation, and enablement content.

• Identify recurring seller pain points and recommend process, product, or communication improvements.

• Analyze seller and business data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Support the creation of reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and business updates for internal stakeholders.

• Help establish scalable processes that improve seller readiness, WFS adoption, and long-term seller success.

• Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support Walmart Marketplace and WFS growth.

This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across multiple teams, managing competing priorities, using data to make decisions, and communicating effectively with both internal stakeholders and external seller partners. The Analyst should be able to move between strategic planning and detailed execution while maintaining a strong focus on seller experience and business results.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in business analysis, account management, operations, e-commerce, marketplace, seller support, supply chain, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

• Experience creating business reports, presentations, dashboards, or performance updates.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external business partners.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Marketplace, e-commerce, third-party sellers, or fulfillment operations.

• Experience supporting seller acquisition, onboarding, enablement, account management, or business development.

• Familiarity with marketplace metrics such as GMV, sales, conversion, availability, inventory, fulfillment performance, and seller adoption.

• Experience working with CRM tools, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics platforms.

• Experience developing training, enablement, or seller-facing materials.

• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment, inbounding, or e-commerce operations.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
