Working closely with stakeholders, the team delivers accurate insights that inform decision-making. Emphasizing integrity and continuous improvement, the group supports process enhancements and adherence to company policies. What you'll do:

• Analyze complex business data across multiple domains to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Identify and source relevant data sets, ensuring data quality and integrity for accurate analysis.
• Develop and apply statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and tailor data representations accordingly.
• Support process improvements and assist in solving business challenges through data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts on analytical methods, visualization techniques, and data quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while promoting data governance and compliance.

What you'll bring:

• Proficient knowledge of business domains including product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, and human resources to support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with data source identification, database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL, and understanding of data quality principles.
• Ability to apply analytical methodologies and statistical techniques to address business problems and generate actionable insights.
• Skilled in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data quality management, profiling, cleansing, and governance practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence teams and support business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
