What you'll do...

• Program Manager – Security Technology Walmart Global Security APAC Team Overview The Security Technology Centre of Excellence enables Walmart's APAC security strategy through the deployment, integration and optimisation of security technologies. The function is responsible for developing technology roadmaps, supporting APAC Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) operations and ensuring that technology investments improve visibility, resilience and operational effectiveness across the region. As APAC Global Security transitions towards a more integrated and intelligence-led operating model, Security Technology will play a critical role in enabling centralised monitoring, incident management, travel safety, crisis coordination and operational resilience capabilities. Role Overview The Program Manager – Security Technology is responsible for defining and executing the APAC Security Technology strategy and ensuring that technology capabilities support both operational and strategic security objectives. The role provides leadership for security systems governance, systems integration, technology innovation and lifecycle management across APAC facilities and operations. The position will work closely with Enterprise Technology, Corporate Security, Governance and the future APAC RSOC to create an integrated technology ecosystem that improves visibility, decision-making and operational effectiveness. Location- Bengaluru, India

Key Responsibilities

Security Technology Strategy

• Develop and maintain the APAC Security Technology roadmap.
• Align regional technology initiatives with Walmart Global Security technology standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve security operations, resilience and risk visibility.
• Support technology innovation and future capability development. Security Systems Governance
• Provide governance for CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Monitoring and related security technologies.
• Establish technology standards and lifecycle management processes.
• Manage technology vendor relationships and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity requirements. Systems Integration
• Lead integration of security systems into a unified operational environment.
• Support integration between physical security systems, monitoring platforms and incident management solutions.
• Enable technology support for RSOC operations, emergency communications and crisis response capabilities.
• Drive automation and data integration initiatives. Program and Project Management
• Manage regional security technology projects and implementation programs.
• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely execution of technology deployments, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor project performance, risks and delivery outcomes. Operational Support
• Partner with Corporate Security teams supporting APAC facilities.
• Support investigations, incident management and resilience initiatives through effective use of technology and analytics.
• Maintain operational readiness and system reliability across the technology portfolio. Job Requirements Essential
• 10+ years of experience in Security Technology, Physical Security Systems or related disciplines.
• Strong experience managing enterprise CCTV, Access Control and Security Monitoring platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale security technology deployments and integrations.
• Experience managing technology projects, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and systems integration.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders including Security, Facilities, Technology and business teams.
• Strong communication and program management skills. Preferred
• Experience supporting Security Operations Centres or Command Centres.
• Experience integrating security technologies into monitoring and incident management platforms.
• PMP, PSP or equivalent certifications.
• Experience supporting multinational corporate environments and large technology campuses.

Familiarity with analytics platforms, automation technologies and integrated monitoring environments.

Successful Profile

The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of enterprise security systems with strong program management capability and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The individual should be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, driving technology transformation while maintaining reliable day-to-day operations across a complex multinational environment.
