What you'll do...

• Corporate Security Manager Customer Engagement Services (CES), Bengaluru Team Overview The Corporate Security function forms part of the APAC Corporate Security Centre of Excellence and is responsible for protecting Walmart associates, facilities, operations and reputation across APAC. The function provides leadership and governance for associate safety, physical security, emergency preparedness, investigations, executive protection support and security service delivery. Customer Engagement Services (CES) supports a large associate population performing customer support, business operations and technology-enabled services. The Corporate Security Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, secure and resilient workplace environment that supports business continuity and associate wellbeing. Role Overview The Corporate Security Manager – CES Bengaluru is responsible for leading security operations and associate protection programs supporting one of Walmart's largest associate populations within APAC. The role will focus on associate safety, workforce protection, emergency preparedness, investigations, event security and operational resilience while partnering closely with Workplace Services, Human Resources and business leadership teams. The position serves as the primary security advisor for CES Bengaluru and is responsible for ensuring that security remains aligned with business priorities and associate experience objectives. Location Bengaluru, India Key Responsibilities Corporate Security Operations
• Lead day-to-day security operations supporting CES Bengaluru.
• Ensure effective management of access control, investigations, incident management and emergency response activities.
• Maintain a safe, secure and resilient operating environment for associates and visitors.
• Support implementation of Walmart Global Security standards and operating procedures. Associate Safety and Workforce Protection
• Lead programs focused on associate safety and wellbeing.
• Partner with Workplace Services, HR and business leadership to identify and mitigate workplace risks.
• Support transportation security and workforce protection initiatives.
• Contribute to workplace violence prevention and threat management programs. Emergency Preparedness and Incident Management
• Lead emergency preparedness activities, drills and exercises.
• Serve as a key stakeholder during crisis and emergency situations.
• Coordinate incident response activities and ensure timely escalation and reporting.
• Support organisational resilience and continuity initiatives. Investigations and Compliance
• Conduct or support security investigations and incident reviews.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and audit requirements.
• Support risk assessments and mitigation planning activities.
• Maintain documentation, reporting and operational metrics. Event Security and Executive Support
• Support executive visits and high-profile events.
• Coordinate event security planning and execution activities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security coverage. Vendor and Stakeholder Management
• Manage security service providers and contract performance.
• Develop strong partnerships with business leaders and support functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the security program. Job Requirements Essential
• 7+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Physical Security, Security Operations or related disciplines.
• Experience managing security operations within corporate or large-scale environments.
• Experience conducting investigations, incident management and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of associate safety and emergency preparedness programs.
• Experience managing vendors and contract security services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business functions. Preferred
• Experience supporting technology organisations, GCCs or e-commerce environments.
• Executive Protection and Event Security experience.
• Crisis Management and Business Continuity exposure.
• Corporate Security Operations Centre experience.
• CPP, PSP or equivalent security certifications.

Experience leading security awareness and training initiatives.

Success Profile

The successful candidate will combine strong operational security expertise with excellent stakeholder management and leadership capability. The individual should be comfortable managing a large associate-facing environment, leading incident response activities and building trusted relationships across HR, Workplace Services and business leadership teams while maintaining a strong focus on associate safety and operational resilience.
