What you'll do...

• Program Manager – Corporate Security Walmart IDC Bengaluru Team Overview The Corporate Security function forms part of the APAC Corporate Security Centre of Excellence and is responsible for protecting Walmart associates, facilities, operations and reputation across APAC. The function provides leadership and governance for facility security, associate safety, executive protection, event security, emergency preparedness and security service delivery across Walmart's corporate campuses. The Bengaluru Integrated Development Centre (IDC) is one of Walmart's most strategically important technology hubs globally and supports engineering, cybersecurity, product development, analytics and enterprise technology operations. The Corporate Security program plays a critical role in ensuring a safe, secure and resilient operating environment that enables business growth and innovation. Role Overview The Program Manager – Corporate Security serves as the senior security leader for Walmart IDC Bengaluru and is responsible for the overall governance, delivery and continuous improvement of the Corporate Security program across the campus comprising five corporate security buildings. The role provides strategic leadership for physical security, access control, associate protection, executive protection, event security, emergency preparedness, investigations and security services governance. The position will partner extensively with Workplace Services, Human Resources, Technology, Legal and business leadership teams to ensure that security remains aligned with business priorities while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and associate safety. Location Bengaluru, India Key Responsibilities Corporate Security Operations
• Lead the Corporate Security program for Walmart IDC Bengaluru.
• Provide governance and oversight for physical security operations across multiple corporate facilities.
• Ensure effective management of access control, investigations, incident management and security operations.
• Drive consistency in security service delivery and operating standards. Associate Safety and Protection
• Develop and maintain programs that support associate safety and workplace security.
• Partner with Workplace Services, HR and business leaders to identify and mitigate emerging risks.
• Support workplace violence prevention and threat management initiatives. Executive Protection and Event Security
• Lead security planning and execution for executive visits, board engagements and high-profile events.
• Conduct advance security assessments and develop protection plans.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure secure and seamless execution. Risk Management and Resilience
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support crisis management and business continuity activities where required.
• Contribute to organisational resilience initiatives and emergency preparedness programs. Security Services Governance
• Manage security service providers and contract performance.
• Develop and maintain security standards, procedures and operational metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives. Job Requirements Essential
• 12+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Physical Security or Security Operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing security programs supporting large corporate campuses or multinational organisations.
• Strong understanding of Security Risk Management principles.
• Experience leading executive protection and event security operations.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and security reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing security service providers and vendor relationships. Preferred
• CPP, PSP, PCI or equivalent ASIS certification.
• Business Continuity and Crisis Management exposure.
• Experience supporting technology environments, Global Capability Centres or multinational corporate operations.
• Experience managing large-scale events and executive engagements.

Familiarity with Security Operations Centre environments and integrated security programs.

Successful Profile

The successful candidate will combine strong corporate security leadership with a risk-based approach to decision-making, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance associate safety, business enablement and operational resilience. The individual should be capable of operating comfortably with senior leadership while maintaining operational oversight of a complex and dynamic technology campus environment.
