Join Walmart Canada's Financial Services team and play a key role in shaping the future of customer payments, rewards, and financial solutions. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll drive growth of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard portfolio while helping deliver innovative financial products that create value for millions of Canadians.

• Lead the performance and growth of the Walmart Rewards Mastercard portfolio, driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitability.
• Deliver strategic, cross-functional initiatives and product enhancements in partnership with Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify customer insights, uncover growth opportunities, and improve business performance.
• Support development of business cases, forecasts, and strategic plans that drive innovation and long-term growth.
• Help shape and expand Walmart's financial services offerings, including remittance, payments, rewards, and emerging customer solutions.
• Launch new products, programs, and pilots that enhance customer experience and strengthen Walmart's value proposition.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and industry partners to execute key business priorities and solve complex challenges.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.
• Champion innovation by identifying new partnership opportunities, improving existing programs, and bringing bold ideas to life.
• Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Walmart's values and ethical standards.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
