About the team: The Strategic Account Management team focuses on driving business growth through strong stakeholder relationships and data-driven insights. Collaborating across functions, the team develops and executes strategies aligned with company objectives. Members utilize expertise in business metrics, negotiation, and relationship management to achieve measurable outcomes. The team emphasizes continuous improvement, adaptability, and clear communication to meet business needs and support customer success. It fosters leadership and development opportunities while upholding high standards of integrity and accountability in all activities.

What you'll do:

• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account planning and forecasting.
• Develop and present sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
• Support onboarding processes and resolve integration issues for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize product assortment.
• Utilize data analysis and forecasting tools to drive revenue growth and customer retention strategies.
• Lead negotiation efforts by preparing relevant data and engaging stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and customer retention metrics.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective communication across business partners.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and apply business acumen to support decision-making and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing product assortment and articulating value propositions to meet customer and seller needs.
• Proficiency in driving onboarding processes and resolving integration challenges with internal and external systems.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills focused on aligning business needs and building commitment among stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
