Role summary: The (USA) Senior Analyst, Supplier Contract Management, plays a critical role in overseeing supplier contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role requires expertise in data management, risk assessment, and operational excellence to support seamless procurement activities. About the team: The Walmart Supplier & Contract Management team plays a vital role in supporting Real Estate Construction by managing vendor contracts, tracking project milestones, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This team coordinates supplier activities and facilitates timely invoicing and payments while applying strong project management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Focused on operational excellence, the team uses sound judgment and effective communication to handle multiple priorities efficiently. They adapt to evolving demands to ensure construction projects are executed accurately and on schedule, contributing to Walmart’s commitment to quality and efficiency. What you'll do:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by applying process automation and business process methodologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and update data management systems ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration across platforms.
  • Analyze and resolve complex operational issues using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Oversee supplier contract execution, validating contract components and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance against key metrics and escalate issues for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate project plans, track milestones, and mitigate risks to support contract management objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain service excellence and optimize vendor relationships.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of data management principles, including metadata analysis, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor relationships with a focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in project management, including tracking, risk assessment, and change management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across functions and support service excellence.
  • Commitment to integrity, accountability, and upholding company policies and ethical standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
