Senior Manager, Operations Support - Transformation Adoption

Position Summary...

This role is accountable for driving adoption and sustained execution of operational transformation initiatives across Walmart Canada stores. The This role is focused on using operational performance, metrics, and insights to identify opportunities to drive sales, growth, and a better customer experience. The successful candidate will be able to translate data into clear business insights, identify the root causes behind performance, and work closely with Operations Leadership to turn those insights into action. They will bring a strong understanding of store operations, be comfortable influencing across teams, and help drive the adoption and execution of priority initiatives to deliver measurable and sustainable results.

What you'll do...

• Analyze operational performance across key metrics and business priorities to identify opportunities to drive sales, growth, and a better customer experience.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for Operations Leadership, identifying root causes, performance drivers, and where action can have the greatest impact.
• Drive performance management routines that focus leadership attention on the biggest opportunities, establish clear actions and accountability, and track progress.
• Partner with Operations Leadership and cross-functional teams to turn insights into actions and initiatives that strengthen execution and improve business and customer outcomes.
• Lead adoption and execution support for priority operational initiatives, ensuring changes are simple, scalable, and sustainable
• Measure performance and adoption to assess impact, identify best practices, and inform future priorities and continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $150,480.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
