Senior Specialist, Operations- ITS

Position Summary...

We are hiring a Senior Specialist, Operations for our Inbound Consolidation Center operations. This role will work closely with Business team and the Imports Operations team to deliver on shared operational goals — coordinating day-to-day inbound workflows, maintaining clean operational data, owning associated billing activities, and driving continuous improvement across the end-to-end process.

What you'll do...

Support Inbound Consolidation Center operations by partnering with Business team, the Imports Operations team, and external carrier partners to keep inbound workflows moving smoothly. The Senior Specialist will manage recurring operational activities, ensure data captured across trackers and systems is accurate and reliable, and publish regular updates to all stakeholders

A meaningful portion of the role involves working with third-party partners to make sure requests are submitted correctly and processed on time and following through on exceptions when they occur. The role also supports reconciliation activities tied to inventory movement and partner performance against agreed service levels. . Expertise with WMS systems is an added advantage.

The role also owns the billing workflow associated with these operations — raising and processing charges to external partners in line with agreed terms and ensuring financial data ties back cleanly to the underlying operational activity. Beyond execution, this role is expected to bring a continuous-improvement mindset, partnering across functions to simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and raise the bar on data quality and turnaround times.

The pay range for this position is $64,700.00 - $88,990.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
