About the team: The team supports Commercial Real Estate operations by performing skilled maintenance, remodeling, and ensuring safety compliance. Collaborating with various trades, members maintain workspaces that meet operational needs while adhering to established safety standards. Emphasizing clear communication, accountability, and continuous improvement, the team fosters an organized and efficient environment. Applying technical expertise and ethical conduct, members contribute to project success and uphold professional standards. This team plays a vital role in delivering reliable facility solutions that support business objectives and maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained work environments. What you'll do:

• Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies to ensure the safety of personnel, equipment, and property.
• Maintain onsite storage by organizing, labeling materials, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Perform relocation and remodeling tasks including installation and repair of wall fixtures, shelves, lighting, and furniture.
• Collaborate with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects.
• Interface with customers to assess workspace needs and implement necessary adjustments.
• Document completed projects and maintain worksite organization.
• Communicate progress, prioritize tasks, and recommend improvements to support operational goals.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in construction and renovation, including maintenance and repair of office layouts and fixtures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and safety training protocols.
• Ability to comply with company and external safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment for personnel and property.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain onsite storage, labeling, and cleanliness of materials and workspaces.
• Effective collaboration with electricians, cabling, and HVACR technicians to complete remodeling projects.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and respectful communication within a team environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: A commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years. A commercial driving record with not more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years. Able to read and speak the English language as required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification of at least one year. Be at least 21 years of age. No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years. No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
