Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Campaign Management will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong business and financial acumen to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines. A deep understanding of programmatic advertising, analytics, and market trends is essential to drive impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth and enhance customer engagement.

About the team: The Media Activation team transforms media strategies and client commitments into live, optimized campaigns. They manage campaign setup, delivery, pacing, and performance while resolving execution challenges to ensure budgets align with client and financial goals. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, technology, and revenue delivery, the team influences revenue conversion and client outcomes. This role demands technical platform expertise, strategic judgment to identify risks early, troubleshoot systems, and optimize performance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to collaborate effectively across the organization and drive successful campaign execution.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage budgets and financial metrics to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery and maximize return on investment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within campaign management operations.
• Communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and external partners.

• Proven expertise in campaign management, including programmatic and online advertising platforms.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends, regulatory changes, and industry dynamics.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and support business planning.
• Advanced analytical skills to utilize data models and reports for informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Effective stakeholder management skills to build and maintain productive partnerships.
• Experience in project management, including planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 2 years' experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years’ experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 1 year's experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
• 3 years' experience managing marketing campaigns. 3 years' experience with CRM.
• 3 years' experience in digital media

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
