Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Supply Planning leads the development and execution of replenishment strategies by leveraging advanced data analysis and digital tools to optimize inventory and supply chain performance. This role collaborates cross-functionally to address supply challenges, improve supplier performance, and enhance operational efficiency. The manager applies strategic insights from customer behavior and market trends to inform planning decisions, supports financial management through data-driven recommendations, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless supply flow and meet business objectives within a dynamic retail environment. About the team: The Supply Planning team partners with cross-functional teams and key suppliers to optimize category in-stock levels and on-time, in-full performance. Utilizing data analysis, strategic decision-making, and supply chain management expertise, the team identifies opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Clear communication and strong relationships support continuous improvement in replenishment planning and supplier performance. This collaborative environment ensures alignment across merchandising, finance, and operations, enabling informed decisions that consistently deliver value to customers and the business. What you'll do:

  • Analyze merchandise sales data and industry trends to inform supply planning decisions and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop replenishment plans in collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, and Supply Chain partners to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor supplier performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to maintain supply reliability.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and align on business objectives.
  • Support financial planning by reviewing profit and loss impacts related to supply chain activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain and replenishment processes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven expertise in supply chain planning, replenishment, and inventory management to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data analysis tools and digital literacy for business performance evaluation.
  • Experience in financial management, including profit and loss understanding and supporting business cases for cost savings.
  • Ability to develop and communicate strategic insights based on industry trends and customer behavior.
  • Effective business partnering skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities to address supply chain and supplier performance issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
