What you'll do:

• Drive execution of strategic business plans by identifying operational needs and aligning priorities to achieve performance goals.
• Lead and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve business processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to support cross-functional initiatives and strategic account growth.
• Utilize data analytics and market insights to inform decision-making and forecast revenue opportunities.
• Lead negotiation efforts and develop contingency plans to address complex business challenges.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
