About the team: Our team drives Sam’s Club technology strategy by aligning business priorities with emerging technology trends and opportunities. We collaborate across business and technology functions to identify strategic initiatives, assess investments, and define essential platforms and capabilities. Emphasizing AI, platform transformation, modernization, and emerging technologies, we translate strategy into actionable priorities that enhance business value. The team applies expertise in corporate strategy, project and financial management, and strategic decision-making to deliver impactful solutions that support long-term growth and innovation. What you'll do:

• Develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Provide expert guidance on strategic planning, financial management, and project execution to support organizational goals.
• Analyze industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and influence strategic initiatives effectively.
• Monitor progress against key performance indicators and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
• Lead business and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and alignment.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and adapting to evolving priorities.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in developing and executing technology and corporate strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of strategy frameworks, financial planning, and macroeconomic factors impacting organizational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments to inform strategic decisions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and building consensus through clear, data-driven communication.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including prioritization, milestone tracking, and change management.
• Solid financial management skills to monitor budgets and forecast expenditures effectively.
• Ability to foster continuous improvement, innovation, and resilience within teams.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
