(Junior) Customer Success Manager

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a (Junior) Customer Success Manager, preferably with SaaS experience. Someone diplomatic, curious and excited to help build our CS foundations while staying close to customers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Own the customer journey from onboarding to value realisation & support

- Run kick-offs, onboarding sessions and regular customer calls.

- Support in building scalable processes, journeys and repeatable CS assets.

- Monitor adoption, highlight risks/opportunities and act proactively.

- Collaborate with different teams to drive customer advocacy and delight

- Support renewals and expansion together with Sales.

WHO YOU ARE

- Preferably a first experience in SaaS and Customer Success.

- Smart, adaptable, communicative and hands-on.

- A builder who enjoys structure and operational work.

- Curious about finance, insurance and pensions and eager to challenge the status quo.

- All about automation- and AI-first, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and drive operational excellence at scale.

- A strong communicator: Dutch and English required / French is a plus.
