The Corporate Communications Vice President is a newly established senior leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer with direct day-to-day support of the CHRO, CFO, and broader C-Suite. Based at TTM's Headquarters in California, this position is responsible for developing and executing an integrated communications strategy that shapes how TTM is perceived by employees, investors, media, and the public.

Serving as the company's primary communications strategist and spokesperson, this individual will lead media and public relations, internal and external communications, executive communications, employer branding, and press activities. The role acts as the critical bridge between TTM's business strategy and the narratives that bring it to life — ensuring consistency, credibility, and clarity across every audience and channel.

Primary Responsibilities:

1 · Executive & C-Suite Communications

• Serve as the principal communications advisor to the CEO, CFO, CHRO, and other senior executives, providing counsel on messaging strategy, reputation management, and public positioning.

• Develop executive communications frameworks including speeches, talking points, op-eds, town hall scripts, and presentation narratives aligned to corporate strategy.

• Prepare executives for media appearances, earnings calls, investor events, industry conferences, and public speaking engagements.

• Build and sustain consistent, authentic executive voices across all internal and external communications channels.

2 · Media Relations & Public Relations

• Serve as TTM's primary corporate spokesperson and first point of contact for all media inquiries.

• Own and manage all external interviews, press briefings, and media engagements on behalf of the C-Suite and the company.

• Develop and cultivate strategic relationships with key journalists, editors, analysts, and media outlets across business, trade, and industry press.

• Design and execute proactive media strategies that drive positive earned coverage and strengthen TTM's brand and reputation.

• Lead crisis communications planning and response, ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned across all stakeholder groups.

3 · Press Releases & Corporate Content

• Own the full lifecycle of press releases — from drafting, review, and compliance approval through to distribution and media follow-up.

• Maintain a corporate editorial calendar aligned to earnings cycles, key business events, product milestones, executive appointments, and industry moments.

• Produce high-quality corporate communications content including official statements, bylines, media kits, FAQs, and backgrounders.

• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure all public-facing materials meet regulatory and disclosure standards.

4 · Internal Communications

• Design and lead TTM's internal communications strategy, ensuring employees across all levels and locations are informed, engaged, and connected to the company's mission and direction.

• Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership to develop communications around organizational changes, leadership transitions, culture initiatives, and company milestones.

• Create, manage, and continuously improve internal communications channels — including intranet, employee newsletters, all-hands content, and digital communications platforms.

• Translate complex business strategies, operational updates, and executive messages into clear, accessible, and engaging content for diverse employee audiences.

5 · Employer Branding

• Partner with the CHRO to shape TTM's employer brand narrative, ensuring the company's identity as a destination employer is consistently and authentically communicated in the external market.

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Marketing to develop content and campaigns that support recruiting initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer-facing platforms.

• Align employer brand messaging with TTM's broader corporate brand values, strategic priorities, and culture.

• Monitor and manage TTM's employer reputation across key external platforms, responding to trends and insights with targeted communications strategies.

6 · Investor Relations & Financial Communications Liaison

• Partner closely with Investor Relations and the CFO to ensure consistency and alignment between financial communications, earnings messaging, and the broader corporate narrative.

• Support the development of investor-facing presentations, annual reports, shareholder letters, and other capital markets communications materials.

• Ensure all public-facing communications comply with SEC disclosure requirements and applicable regulatory standards, in close coordination with Legal and Finance.

7 · Cross-Functional Partnership

• Act as the strategic communications partner to Marketing, ensuring brand voice, messaging, and external positioning are aligned across all channels and audiences.

• Collaborate with the Strategy team to translate long-range plans, business transformations, and corporate initiatives into compelling communication narratives.

• Build trusted relationships across the C-Suite, HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure integrated, coordinated communications on all significant company matters.

Candidate Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience managing media relations and serving as a corporate spokesperson.

• Proven track record supporting executives with communications strategy and media preparation.

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with a rigorous editorial eye and strong attention to detail.

• Experience leading crisis communications situations with composure, strategic clarity, and sound judgment.

• Strong understanding of investor relations, public company communications, and SEC disclosure requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• High degree of executive presence, professional discretion, and political acuity.
