Delivery Director (Technology Consulting)

We are seeking a Director of Engineering with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space. This person will be responsible for both project delivery and account growth (farming), acting as a trusted technical and business partner to national and international clients.

The role combines technical leadership, people management, and business development, being the owner of proposals and client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Own delivery performance, including project margins, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
• Supervise and coordinate teams of 20–30 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ensure excellence in project delivery across Web, Cloud, AI, Big Data (.NET, Python, Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Support in the definition and presentation of client proposals, acting as the main technical and business point of contact.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
• Drive farming initiatives: identify new opportunities, craft innovative proposals, and foster sustainable account growth.

• 10+ years of experience in technology environments, with at least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams.
• Proven background in technology consulting (mandatory).
• Experience managing complex projects and international clients.
• Experience owning delivery KPIs, project profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Experience in account farming and growth.
• Strong technical expertise in at least two technology verticals (Web, Cloud, AI, Big Data).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
