• The Inbound Experience: Guide users through the digital storefront when they state, "I can't find the article I am looking for" or need help deciding which luxury hardware configuration to buy.
• The Service Solution: Efficiently manage customer complaints, shipping delays, order cancellations, and product return requests.
• Skill Expansion: After 30 days on the job, you will enter a mandatory cross-skilling phase, blending both your sales and service capabilities to unlock advanced career opportunities within the project.

• The Basics: Native or C1-level Dutch capabilities, alongside a strong B2 command of English.
• Technical Skills: Good overall PC proficiency, experience with MS Office, and a typing speed of $\ge25$ wpm with 80% accuracy. A natural familiarity with MacOS and iOS platforms gives you an instant head start.
